谢青 Xie Qing
中央美术学院教授，博士生导师。
本科、硕士、博士均毕业于中央美术学院,自1997年留校任教至今。多次参加全国性重要展览及国际交流展，并以“花之蕴”为题举办系列个展。编著出版多种教材、画册及发表文章。作品关注花鸟世界的生命形态，在内容和形式上都重在传达现代生活感受，绘画语言力求从传统中探寻中国画创作的当代阐释。

She completed her undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and has been teaching there since 1997. She has participated in numerous major national exhibitions and international exchange shows, and has held a series of solo exhibitions under the theme "The Essence of Flowers." She has authored and edited various textbooks, art catalogues, and published a number of articles. Her work focuses on the life forms of the floral and avian world, aiming to convey the sensibilities of modern life through both content and form. Her artistic language seeks to reinterpret traditional Chinese painting within a contemporary context.

《大暑》是中国传统的24节气之一，作品使用了中国传统的绢和颜色，也有意把植物题材进行了半抽象的加工，弱化了造型，而以厚薄不一的红色调表达热烈的夏天：在高温、闷热、水汽蒸腾的环境下，即有雨雾迷蒙，也有农人在田间劳作的繁忙。
"Great Heat" takes its name from one of the 24 traditional solar terms in the Chinese calendar. The work employs traditional Chinese silk and pigments, and intentionally renders the plant imagery in a semi-abstract manner—downplaying form in favor of sensation. Varying intensities of red are layered to evoke the intensity of midsummer: a season of sweltering heat, humidity, and rising steam. Within this hazy, rain-laden atmosphere, one can almost glimpse the bustling activity of farmers working diligently in the fields.

《凝香》是对花朵香味来源的探究，显微镜下能观察到散发香气的细胞。因此在具象的花卉中叠加了一点代表细胞的元素，呈现半透明的凝脂质感，画面希望通过强烈的色彩对比，使“香”意更显浓郁，也想传达生命力的顽强不息。
“Coalesce of Fragrance” is an exploration into the origin of floral scents. Under the microscope, one can observe the cells responsible for releasing fragrance. In this work, elements symbolizing those cells are subtly layered over the figurative depiction of flowers, rendered with a translucent, jelly-like texture. Through intense color contrasts, the piece aims to amplify the sense of "fragrance" and evoke its richness. It also seeks to convey the tenacious, ever-thriving vitality of life itself.

《流香》是从写生中得到的灵感，以淡粉色为主色调，在柔和的光线下表现灵动、温馨、飘逸之感，仿佛能嗅到若隐若无的花香。有意弱化了花卉的品种特点，结合局部的解构，打破中国画传统构图模式，营造独特的空间感和视觉效果。层层叠叠的粉色也象征着生命静静的延续。
"Flowing Fragrance" draws inspiration from sketching from life, using soft pink as the main tone to evoke a sense of lightness, warmth, and ethereal beauty under gentle lighting—almost as if one could catch a whiff of a faint, elusive floral scent. The specific characteristics of the flower species are deliberately downplayed, and selective deconstruction is used to break away from traditional Chinese painting composition. This approach creates a unique spatial atmosphere and visual effect. The layered shades of pink also symbolize the quiet, continuous flow of life.

2017 - 2022
任文化和旅游部艺术发展中心副主任，2017年9月被聘为中央美术学院油画系第一工作室研究生导师。
Served as Deputy Director of the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism; appointed as a postgraduate tutor for the First Studio of the Oil Painting Department at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in September 2017.

She has participated in numerous major art exhibitions, including the 11th National Art Exhibition, 4th Youth Art Exhibition, "Mutual Painting, Mutual Understanding" – International Art Exchange Exhibition, "Women and the Times" – A Century of Chinese Women’s Art, 12th Shanghai Arts Festival, and the 5th National Chinese Painting Exhibition. Her works are held in various institutional and private collections.
